Thank you Volunteer: Dave Sims

David Sims retired from FedEx, worked at the Compton Post Office, and has met many people through the efforts of his late wife, Clara Sims, with Circle of Friends and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

“Volunteering for the City gives me something to do and a way to meet additional people. I’ve learned a lot about the city as a volunteer and really enjoy helping,” he said. 

Dave and Clara moved to Harrison in 2004. Two sons live in the area and have given him one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
