After Hours Emergencies:  If you encounter any problems or issues with streets or drainage (i.e. tree blocking a road, blocked drainage, etc.), the Street Department has personnel on standby around the clock.  Just call the City’s dispatch number 870-741-5463, describe the situation, and the appropriate personnel will be paged to come out and assist.

The Street Department manages the City of Harrison’s transportation and drainage infrastructure including day-to-day maintenance of streets, bridges, sidewalks, and drainage structures.  The department is also responsible for the installation and maintenance of the City’s street signage and provides support to the Safety Department in maintaining traffic signals.
